英語学習アプリ「Bro English」のプライバシーポリシー
1. 収集する情報
端末内に保存するデータ
以下のデータはお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、サーバーには送信されません。
- 学習履歴（閲覧した表現・保存した表現）
- アプリ内設定（外観・声の設定・フィルター等）
- 端末識別子（UUID。アプリ内でのみ使用）
サーバーに送信するデータ
コンテンツの同期および音声の再生のため、以下の情報がサーバーに送信されます。いずれも個人を特定できる情報ではありません。
- ロケール（言語設定）と最終同期日時
- 音声のアクセント・声の種類
収集しない情報
氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・広告識別子（IDFA）は収集しません。
2. 広告
本アプリでは、Google AdMob によるインタースティシャル広告（全画面広告）を表示します。
- 広告識別子（IDFA）は取得しません。 ユーザーの行動を追跡するパーソナライズド広告は配信しません。
- AdMob SDK は、広告配信のために以下の情報を自動的に収集します：
- デバイス情報（機種名、OS バージョン）
- IP アドレス（おおよその地域推定に使用）
- 広告の表示回数・操作データ
- プレミアム会員には広告は表示されません。

3. 第三者提供
個人を特定できる情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、広告配信のため、第2条に記載の情報が Google に送信されます。
4. サブスクリプション
課金は Apple の App 内課金を通じて処理されます。支払い情報がアプリや開発者に共有されることはありません。
5. お問い合わせフォーム
ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームでは、お名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容をお預かりします。返信のみに使用し、Cloudflare のサーバーに保存されます。スパム防止に Cloudflare Turnstile を使用しています。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満であると知りつつ個人情報を収集することはありません。
7. 変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は本ページで公開します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせすることがあります。

1. Information We Collect
Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- Learning history (expressions viewed and saved)
- App settings (appearance, voice preferences, filters, etc.)
- Device identifier (UUID, used only within the app)
Data Sent to Our Servers
The following information is sent to our servers for content synchronization and audio playback. None of this data is personally identifiable.
- Locale (language setting) and last sync timestamp
- Audio accent and voice type
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).
2. Advertising
This app displays interstitial (full-screen) ads through Google AdMob.
- We do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not serve personalized ads based on user behavior tracking.
- The AdMob SDK automatically collects the following information for ad delivery:
- Device information (model, OS version)
- IP address (used for approximate region estimation)
- Ad impression and interaction data
- Premium subscribers do not see any ads.

3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties. However, the information described in Section 2 is sent to Google for ad delivery.
4. Subscriptions
Payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment information is never shared with the app or its developer.
5. Contact Form
The contact form on our website collects your name, email, and inquiry content, used solely for responding. Data is stored on Cloudflare servers. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for spam prevention.
6. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes
Changes to this policy will be published on this page. For significant changes, we may notify you within the app.
